Advanced World Transport a.s. has agreed with Trade Unions on pay rise in 2012
Advanced World Transport a.s. has agreed with all three trade union organisations on pay terms valid for 2012. The average monthly earnings of employees will thus increase in 2012 by up to 2,8% (tariff-based salaries + bonuses).
The amendment to the Collective Agreement adjusting the pay terms valid for 2012 was signed by representatives of all sides on December, 22.
„I am very happy that we have been able to reach an agreement before the end of the year. I am certain that the agreed increase is a very good compromise that will maintain both the real income of employees and the unhindered competitiveness of our company. Through benefits we are awarding the individual performance of employees,“ commented Pierre Timmermans, AWT CEO.
„I must appreciate the pragmatic and fair nature of the negotiations conducted with the union organisations, despite the inherent complexities. The interest of both the employees and the company were at the forefront of our minds throughout the negotiations,“ added Dana Janowská, AWT HR Director.
