| 1952 | foundation of the OKR-Doprava national enterprise, a specialized organization for the management of surface transportation in the Ostrava-Karviná black coal mining district that operated mining railway and road vehicles

| 1954 | expansion of activities into maintenance and repairs of railroad tracks

| 1961 | entrance into the waste business by taking over the central waste rock dump of the Zárubek mine in Ostrava

| 1967-1972 | expansion of activities connected to operation of railroad sidings at the newly built mines ČSM, Paskov, Staříč and Darkov as well as at the Dětmarovice power plant

| 1977 | beginning of the process of incorporation all Ostrava-Karviná mining district mine and coke plant sidings to OKD Doprava; complete centralization of sidings transport was finished in 1979
