In 2011 and 2012, the company AWT a.s. is implementing another training project for employees, this time under the name "Strengthening the Competitive Ability and Increasing the Adaptability of OKD, Doprava, akciová společnost by Means of Employees' Training," which is financed from the European Social Fund through the Operational Program Human Resources and Employment and from the Czech State Budget.

The project focuses above all on the development of soft skills of employees, specialized knowledge from the area of railway transport and increasing employees' knowledge of languages.
